Yala National Park

Yala is Sri Lanka's most visited national park and has one of the highest leopard densities recorded anywhere in the world. Beyond leopards, the park is home to elephants, sloth bears, crocodiles and abundant birdlife, spread across dry-zone forest, lagoons and scrubland in the island's southeast.
